Boost

 

Regular Schedule:   Every WEDNESDAY night.

     

             6:30-6:45           Food and Hang-out

             6:45-7:10           Games

 7:10-8:00           Worship/Lesson

 

Boost is our new Wednesday night experience for 5th -7th graders.  We desire to create an atmosphere that will help 5th-7th grade students get to know Christ on a deeper level and see how He is at work in their daily lives.

 

Boost means: to increase; raise.  We desire to help these students increase their relationship with God and draw other students into that relationship with God through example and invitation.

 

At Boost students will:

  • Receive Biblical teaching
  • Be taught applicable and relevant curriculum for their age group
  • Participate in modern worship
  • Build relationships with others their age
  • Be encouraged to bring friends and reach out
  • Participate in team building games and activities
  • And much more

 

Boost will help these students transition from elementary to middle school. It will also create an opportunity for more student leadership among the high school students where they will be asked to lead worship and games and, on occasion, help teach. Through this example from some older and more mature high school students, the Boost students will be encouraged to become involved in this kind of leadership in the future.

 

Everyone in this age group is invited and encouraged to attend.
