Here are some of our  events:

2.       SMALL GROUPS: Our Small groups are for our High School Students.  Each Sunday, besides the first Sunday of the month, our 9-12 graders get together at Dan & Lindsay’s house for Bible study, connection with one another, and answers on how to deal with the difficult things teens go through.  It’s a great time for spiritual and relational growth for all.

3.       FIRST SUNDAY FAMILY DEVOTIONALS: On the first Sunday of each month during the school year, we have a family devotional in a church member's home. These are great times of connection with each other and in our relationships with God. We eat, laugh, worship and enjoy our time together.

4.       GIRLS' MINISTRY (GM) EVENTS: Added in 2008 were events especially for the girls. These include such things as pottery painting, craft day, pedicure day, swim party, Sunday lunch and movie nights. These are in addition to our annual Mother's Day Brunch mentioned below.

5.       MOTHERS' DAY BRUNCH: 2011 will mark our 6th year to bring our mothers together and honor them. This is a potluck meal and is held in May around Mother’s Day.

6.       LUNCHES FOR JESUS: For several years in the fall we have spent a Friday evening preparing many sack lunches. The following day we caravan to the Santa Monica Pier where we feed the homeless and tell them about Jesus. Our trip for 2011 will be November 6.

7.       WATERS FOR JESUS: In the fall of 2007 we launched Waters for Jesus. At Waters for Jesus, mixed adult and teen teams are sent from church to engage people in our city and talk with them about God. Water bottles are offered to anyone who will answer the question, "Where do you believe you go when you die?" We believe this approach opens dialogue and allow us to share our faith with our neighbors.

8.       SENIOR LUAU SUNDAY:  June 5, 2011, is the day set aside this year as a time to honor our graduating high school seniors with a potluck meal in our Fellowship Center and to pray for them as they begin their journeys toward college or careers. Dan takes the graduates out for the day, and then they return for an all-church luau that evening.  Wear your best Hawaiian shirt!

9.       SUMMER KICK-OFF PARTY: We officially begin our summer program with a kick-off party where we discuss upcoming events, swim, eat and end the evening with a family devotional.

10.    MEN'S FISHING TRIP: Camping and fishing in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains appeals to all ages, and all are invited to enjoy the beauties of God's creation while we fish, hike, build campfires and enjoy time together. These trips are scheduled soon after school ends for the summer.

11.    MAGIC MOUNTAIN TRIP: We're doing a fall trip this year--on October 9. Join us for a fun day!  

12.    RAGING WATERS: What better way to lose those summer blues than to douse them at Raging Waters! Scheduled in early August, this is a great day in the sun in San Dimas.

13.    END-OF-SUMMER PARTY: As we kicked off the summer with a swim party, we generally finish it the same way in late August.
